Pricing is per month. Hose bibs and electrical outlets are available for temporary use.
Terms
A minimum term of three months is required. The agreement shall continue from month to month thereafter.
Payment
Initial payment for three months is due in full by the first day of the agreement. Thereafter, payment options will be discussed. We do not accept credit cards.
Insurance
Proof of insurance will need to be provided. Minimum requirements are as follows:
Car: Standard split limits of $100,000/$300,000/$100,000
Boat, Boat Trailer, Recreational Vehicle: Comprehensive Liability of $300,000
