About Us

The Kirchner family has lived in the area since 1981.  For 30 years, they owned and operated Skipjack Landing Marine Center, a full-service marina on Kent Island.  Boat storage was one of the many services offered.  Local boat owners, as well as those from the tri-state area, utilized the secure site; customers particularly enjoyed their friendly staff and reasonable prices.   After purchasing the current property in 2008, the Kirchners founded Queenstown Outdoor Storage with the goal of providing the same level of customer service.
