Space Sizes and Monthly Rates:
10’ x 20’ - $55.00
12’ x 26’ - $65.00
13’ x 34’ - $85.00
Hose bibs and electrical outlets are available for temporary use.
Terms:
A minimum term of three months is required. The agreement shall continue from month to month thereafter.
Payment:
Initial payment for three months is due in full by the first day of the agreement. Thereafter, payment options will be discussed. We do not accept credit cards.
Insurance:
You will need to show proof of insurance. Minimum requirements are as follows:
Car: Standard split limits of $100,000/$300,000/$100,000
Boat, Boat Trailer, Recreational Vehicle: Comprehensive Liability of $300,000
